Gaffney Park is part of a plentiful network of green spaces and walking trails that sit adjacent to the Black Creek River. It has two children’s playgrounds and seating along its path, with connecting ramps to neighbouring residential streets. Part of the Rockcliffe-Smythe floodplain, Gaffney plays a vital role in flood mitigation for residents in the area.
