Hillcrest Park has been a TNS site since 2024. The park sits atop the Davenport escarpment and has an amazing view of the City of Toronto from the late fall until early summer. It is 2.1 hectares in size and features natural wooded areas on the south and east sections of the park.

In the southern and eastern sections sloping down to Davenport and Christie, we’ll continue removing invasive plants such as Garlic Mustard, Urban Avens, Burdock, Norway Maple and Buckthorn. As well, we’ll continue to plant locally-grown herbaceous native plants.

The upper part of Hillcrest Park is a popular and well-used area, and includes a children’s playground with a wading pool, a basketball court, four tennis courts, an outdoor ping pong table, an dog off-leash area, a community garden, and an open area for informal recreation.
