Transit: 5 Minute walk west from Park Lawn and Lake Shore Blvd West. From Old Mill Station, take the 66B bus to Lake Shore. Or take the 507 Long Branch Streetcar to Legion Road.
Meeting points: The meetup spot is the small parking in Humber Bay Park West near the Mimico Creek Bridge.
The 300 acres of Humber Bay Park West is home to a sailing school and yacht clubs, a number of parking lots making it very accessible and a large off-leash dog area at the westernmost point. A nice stretch of pebbled beach can also be found through the entire area with an interesting mix of rocks and bricks, which you could choose to walk along instead of the trails.
Once you reach the west end of Humber Bay Park West at a lookout known as Etobicoke Point, you’ll find a lighthouse as well as a few picnic tables and benches where you can enjoy the view. This is an original lighthouse that has been here for over 80 years. We are one of the newest sites in 2024 and we would be delighted if you could come out to one of our events.
